Italy strikes against austerity
As Italy’s new Prime Minister Mario Monti is trying to push through painful budget-cutting measures worth 30 billion euros, the country is preparing to go on strike. Ten months later, they were trapped by an undercover FBI agent in Marseille and led straight into the arms of French police. The five men went on trial on Monday 28th November in Aix-en-Provence, where their fate hangs in the balance.

SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis has paired up with Clean Energy Planet in a bid to make students more environmentally friendly. A new self-service bike system has been introduced to the school’s campus, giving youngsters a chance to do their bit for the planet.
